Physical Design Sign off Application Engineer - Mid Level 3+

Job Description and Requirements:

- Work closely with internal resources to develop full flows from RTL2GDSII and provide technical support and expertise to customers to achieve QoR goals and success in their projects.

- Collaborating with sale and R&D teams to develop account plans and campaigns and participate in results-oriented benchmarks to win critical designs.

- Demonstrating and explaining the features and capabilities of Synopsys products to potential and existing customers.

- Assisting in the deployment and integration of Company solutions into customers' design environments.

- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product updates to provide accurate and timely assistance.

Key Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.

- Good understanding of various aspects of physical design flow – Floor planning, Placement, CTS, Route, timing analysis (STA) and eco flows.

- Excellent interest and knowledge of advanced node and design methodologies.

- Proficiency in scripting skills (TCL, Python).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as the role involves interacting with customers.

- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to providing solutions.

- Flexibility and adaptability to work with a variety of customer requirements and technologies.

Highly Desirable:

- 3+ years of experience in Static Timing Analysis (STA)

- Knowledge of timing corners/modes, process variations and signal integrity related issues.

- Familiarity with Synopsys signoff products (Primetime) and RTL2GDSII.
